Shela Tarwater, Visionary Activist
Shela is the Dream Seeder and Flame Keeper of the Maiden Mysteries; offering a bridge between the magic and mundane. Shela is a pre-conceptual artist connecting our intimate stories of our fierce tenderness through this tumultuous time of the Great Turning. She is a devoted to the Wild Innocence within and dedicated to building a living laboratory of truth, beauty and goodness as a container for community care. Her work with the Maiden Mysteries is centered in on our daughter's eternal becoming. Shela is the co-creator of the Maiden Mysteries, lead facilitator and wild adventure guide. Before motherhood, Shela obtained a BA in Liberal Arts, served 8 years in the USAF, and worked for over a decade as Litigation/Trial Paralegal
She is a curious life-learner and on a quest to keep loving, serving and remembering who we truly are. She has extensive experience with breathwork, mindfulness & meditation, earth-based practices, survival and thrival skills for the next frontier. She has been through countless self-initiations in her 52 years on this planet and carries the courage of the ancestors of this land.

She is mother to Kiran (17 yrs), who is the reason why her work comes through in this way and what keeps Shela centered and connected in this space/time continuum.
